ACHIGANAR and Jara del Favero join forces to strengthen regenerative livestock farming

On October 4, ACHIGANAR entered into a strategic alliance with the prestigious law firm Jara del Favero Abogados (JDF) to support our association in various legal matters and receive key legislative alerts for the agricultural sector. This collaboration aims to strengthen the work of our partners and promote a more informed and prepared sector in the face of current legal and regulatory challenges.

Jara del Favero Abogados, founded in 1939, is one of the most recognized law firms in Chile, specialized in corporate law, environmental regulation, and agricultural and livestock legislation, among other areas. His career positions him as a reference in advice to companies in the agricultural sector.

Julio Trucco, lawyer and partner at JDF, will be our main counterpart in this alliance. “For us, this collaboration with ACHIGANAR represents an opportunity to contribute to the sustainable development of the Chilean agricultural sector. “We firmly believe in the importance of accompanying associations that lead the transformation towards regenerative and sustainable models,” he commented.

As the first step of this alliance, ACHIGANAR and JDF will hold an exclusive webinar during the first half of 2025, in which legal and legislative issues relevant to regenerative livestock farming will be addressed. This space seeks to generate learning and dialogue to strengthen legal knowledge in our network.
