At ACHIGANAR we are committed to a regenerative and prosperous future for the
Livestock Sector

Vision 2030:
Lines of action and work approach
Our Vision 2030 to lead the transition towards a regenerative and profitable model is organized into four lines of action:

1.
Generating value for our partners:
We want to contribute to the economic and ecological resilience of our partners, as well as to strengthening the regenerative livestock value chain. To do this, we facilitate the necessary change from conventional to regenerative livestock farming through information, training, tools and business opportunities, as well as access to associative networks.
We aspire for our partners to feel proud of being part of ACHIGANAR, committing to motivating and accompanying new livestock entrepreneurs in their regenerative transition.
2.
Representation to influence public policies:
We need public agricultural and educational policies that favor not only regenerative livestock farming, but also a regenerative economy.
To achieve the changes we need and represent the interests and concerns of our members, we engage with public, private, scientific and citizen actors to propose topics for discussion and initiatives of various kinds.
3.
Outreach for the adoption of regenerative livestock farming:
We aspire for the majority of Chilean agricultural and livestock producers and companies to incorporate regenerative practices, as well as for the majority of consumers to know and prefer regenerative foods.
To this end, we design and develop outreach and training initiatives with different stakeholders in the value chain: our partners, conventional livestock farmers, trade associations, suppliers, intermediaries, consumers, educating the different actors on the environmental, economic and social benefits of these practices.
4.
Generating positive impact in territories and communities:
We want to see the territories where regenerative livestock farming activities are carried out flourish.
That is why we promote initiatives that contribute to strengthening local economies, to the prosperity of local communities and to the generation of development opportunities for new rural generations, which favor regenerative entrepreneurship, social well-being and attachment to the territory.
